Mid-Morning Snack


So it's been awhile since my last post. With the warm weather came busy days, some spent at weddings, others working in the yard or on fun outdoor crafts, and still others wasted obsessively watching TV series on the recently obtained NetFlix (oops). I'm addicted to Gossip Girl right now, and I know its terrible.  Anyway on to the topic of today's post... my favorite mid-morning snack!

Almond Butter Banana Muffin!


Ingredients
1/2 Ezekiel English Muffin
1 T Maranatha Raw Almond Butter with Maple
1/2 banana

Directions
Spread almond butter on muffin and top with sliced banana. Place in toaster until banana begins to brown. This makes the bananas taste sweeter, the almond butter ooey gooey, and just the right crisp to your english muffin! I must tell you I am super excited about finding this almond butter, the touch of maple adds so much.
